    MISSISSAUGA

Mississauga condos are the second largest condominium market in Ontario apart from Toronto. Many big developers, including Daniels, Kaneff, and Amacon, helped to clear the road for this bustling metropolis. For first time home buyers and foreign purchasers looking for the convenience of condominium living but not wanting to live in a car-restricted city like Toronto, condo developments in Mississauga play an important role. Like most markets, many of the earlier buildings had a parking space for each suite, therefore allowing consumers to walk, commute, or use public transportation. In submarkets including Streetsville, Port Credit, Clarkson, and Erin Mills, many investors, down-sizers, and parents of young adults rank Mississauga among their top choices.

Mississauga, the sixth largest city in Canada, is only half an hour from Toronto. Whether you prefer a day of shopping at Square One Shopping Centre or a visit to the waterfront surrounded by nature, there are several opportunities to experience this wonderful city. You will also enjoy the year-round events at celebration square and easy access to Pearson International Airport. At Square One, where you will find grocery stores, restaurants, and cafés alongside some service and retail options. With many headquarters based in Mississauga, you will see the indisputable feeling of wealth in the neighbourhood. This city has seen incredible development over time, so buying a condo here not only gives you a wonderful place to live but also presents a great investment opportunity.

    INFRASTRUCTURE UPDATE

    Square One District

Scenic community park within a residential neighborhood

    Mixed-Use Development

The Square One District is a mixed-use center that will offer strategically positioned space for corporate entities and offices, residential units, retail outlets, entertainment facilities, and much more. It will give birth to a bustling hub of economic activity and a residential community supported by modern-day amenities. Residents will have access to all the opportunities they seek, as the Square One District is the ultimate destination for live-work-play.

Residents can rejoice in having easy access to all kinds of facilities, services, work opportunities, and entertainment facilities within walking distance. The plan envisions the construction of around 18,000 residential units, while thousands of square feet have been dedicated to entertainment facilities and retail outlets. Locals can enjoy close proximity to a wide plethora of retail outlets, luxury designer brands, and the opportunity to start a business in the heart of a bustling economic hub.

Tucked in the heart of the Square One District will be a space known as The Strand. This street has been targeted as the hub of pedestrian activities within Mississauga. This space will be revived and revitalized to strengthen and support pedestrian activity with walkable parks, publicly displayed art, street retail outlets, and an efficient transit hub.

    A Balanced Community

Square One District envisions a well-balanced and harmonious community that offers an abundance of residential and corporate opportunities. Such a project has the potential to transform the economic growth and opportunities for the city, creating scores of jobs and entrepreneurial openings for locals.

The first phase of this highly ambitious project has already been approved. The towers hosting the residential units are expected to soar as high as 38-48 stories, adjoined by a shared podium. The project is largely focused on condominiums and rental spaces; the buildings will support 575 condominiums and 402 purpose-built rental units.

This will allow families, young professionals, singles, and tenants across Mississauga a greater advantage in enjoying luxurious urban living. The buildings and residential units will feature cutting-edge architectural design and will be equipped with a wide range of amenities to support a modern lifestyle.

In the next five to seven years, Square One District is all set to welcome another 5,000 residential units. The project will work wonders at enhancing the rental vacancy rate with its purpose-built rental facilities that will offer greater benefits to tenants. A remarkable mixed-use centre, the project will also allocate thousands of square feet for corporate and retail outlets.

    Entertainment & Vision

Entertainment hubs and facilities are at the heart of the project, and it is expected to welcome a wide range of retail and entertainment brands. The ideal location of the Square One District makes it an immensely advantageous and master-planned development for Mississauga.

It envisions a plan for rapid urbanization and luxury living and incorporates a community where residential and corporate environments can thrive together in perfect harmony. Indeed, Square One District will alter the economic landscape of the city and emerge as a prominent attraction for locals and tourists.
