New Condos Square One: Live in the Heart of Mississauga
Square One is rapidly growing in the centre of Mississauga. It is also referred to as The City Centre, a neighbourhood with its own downtown and a fully developed skyline containing condominiums, and office towers. It also surrounds the biggest shopping mall in Ontario called Square One Shopping Centre.
There are not only condos in Square One but also commercial establishments to allow people to live and work. It is a very diverse community full of art and culture, situated in a very strategic location next to transit and highway 403. It is near the Mississauga Art Gallery, Living Arts Centre, and Celebration Square in addition to the campus of Sheridan College.
A component of Places to Grow initiative of Ontario, Square One, the population of this neighbourhood has been increasing consistently with new condos coming up at all places. It is indeed a thriving community containing over 50 new Square One condos and many more planned.

Median home prices here have increased by 15% in the last one year and prices are starting from $350,000. You will feel like having arrived in a new city with cranes and construction sites in full view all over the place.
