    Located in Mississauga along Lakeshore Road on the south-west side is Clarkson Village, south of QEW. Clarkson is the oldest of Mississauga’s communities since 1808, neighbouring Port Credit. Once known as the more affordable location by the waterfront, with all the new developments coming up and under construction, most homes along the waterfront in Clarkson are now in the multi-millions. The neighbourhood has changed along with it’s appreciated value. Since it is more of a heritage culture, mixed with older homes, custom homes, condos and towns, you will find many grandfathered-tree parks and trails along Clarkson Village south of Lakeshore.
