Orchard District

Orchard District is a new condo development by Gala Developments. Featuring three high-rise condo buildings of 32, 20 and 18 storeys, respectively with a total of 966 residential units. Orchard District is nearby Square One Shopping Centre, Brickyard Park, Rabba, Superstore, FreshCo, and Port Credit right to the south offering waterfront amenities. It is walking distance to the future  Hurontario LRT that will feature multiple stations, and just a few minutes to Cooksville GO station, Hwy 403, QEW, and Pearson Airport. The project is estimated to be completed on 2026 and will be located in 189 Dundas St West at the Cooksville neighbourhood in Mississauga.
