The PJ Condos (Pearl and John) is a new high-rise condo development by Pinnacle International. Prices are estimated to be starting from the low $300,000 to over $600,000. The project is currently in the planning phase and will feature 373 units at 42 storeys. The PJ will be in centre of one of Toronto's most active areas, the Entertainment District. Although many young professionals and students flock here over night, soon the area will be one of the most diverse places for residential condominiums, with successful projects like Pinnacle on Adelaide, The PJ is the latest tower coming to the scene. The project will be located on John Street & Pearl Street at the Entertainment District in Toronto.
