The Discoverie is a new condo development by Signature Communities. Featuring 230 units at 12 storeys. It is surrounded by Lake Erie and the Niagara River, nearby Freedom Park, Front Park and Broderick Park, close to shops, restaurants and schools as well as trails like The Fort Erie Friendship Trail and the Niagra Parks Recreation Trail. The Discoverie has quick access to QEW, and a short commute to Downtown Buffalo. The project is estimated to be completed on 2027 and will be located in 7 Central Ave, Fort Erie.
