    Why live in the Queensway?

The Queensway is one of the most popular neighbourhoods of Etobicoke, and as compared to Sunnylea and the Kingsway, it promises a much more affordable lifestyle.
Recently, The Queensway has witnessed a rise in new condo developments. Townhomes and old bungalows have always dominated the real estate market of this neighbourhood, but recently, many of the old properties are being topped up or razed down to be replaced with newer developments and condo buildings.

Smaller homes and old bungalows are being torn down in the Queensway, and their place is being taken by new buildings and high-rise residential developments. For instance, the Ambleside Avenue has emerged as one of the most prime locations for luxury condos and executive real estate.
Investors and homeowners seeking to invest in charming old bungalows need to act fast and the culture of “topping up” old buildings in rampant in The Queensway, and now is a great time to land an affordable bargain on an original bungalow.
The neighbourhoods real estate market has observed another trend: an increase in residential townhouses. Many unwanted commercial properties in The Queensway are being torn down to create mixed-use buildings.

The Queensway is undoubtedly one of the most popular neighbourhoods of Etobicoke, and it enjoys immense popularity amongst millennials, who have moved to the community in the past few years.
