Prices estimated to be starting from the high $322,500 to well over $1,056,500 with a below average price per square foot at $564. Aqualina will feature a rich community atmosphere, much like it's neighbour Pier 27. This plan is one of many Waterfront Toronto revitalization projects that have gained much appreciated attention with local residents.

Aqualina is estimated to be completed in 2018+ pending city approval and details like height and number of units are still under consideration of this project located by Lower Sherbourne Street and 200 Queens Quay East in Toronto.
