  • Siding & Windows: Hardie Board (fiber cement) siding and shake for durability. Low E Argon windows with casement and/or single-hung styles on the front elevation. Vinyl sandstone-colored basement windows for natural light.
  • Brick & Stucco: Brick applied to sides and back with stucco accents as per plan. Exterior black vinyl windows (white inside).
  • Garage Door: Premium smoked black steel insulated door with glass window inserts; metal insulated interior garage access door.
