What Do We Sell ?

Since the properties we sell for the most part are either a concept, currently under construction or in the pre-construction (development) phase it’s important to clarify your needs and expectations.

Why Us ?

Unlike the general Realtor and public our main focus is on new condominium and home development, marketing and sales. To avoid misunderstandings later on, it’s important not to make any assumptions about our role in this process.

We do not cooperate with outside Realtors or provide information to individuals that are being represented by outside Realtors.

ARE YOU FREE ?

Yes, Although our relationships, pricing, exclusive incentives and private holds (allocation) on specific floors, units and lots exclusively belong to The Condo Royalty Team and their respective agents and we do not have the right to extend these privileges to other entities.
