River City Phase 2 is an award winng new condo and townhouse project by Urban Capital Property Group and Waterfront Toronto. Prices starting from $200,000 to $1,200,000, The project carries a total of 240 suites at 12 storeys. River City will be completed in 2014 and is currently under construction at King St E & River St in Toronto.
Pan-Am Village
