Holt Renfrew Tower also Known as 50 Bloor Condos is a proposed condominum, office and retail project by Morguard Corporation. Prices starting from the high $200,000's to exceeding the $1,000,000 range. Designed by Pellow and Associates Architects. The Tower will include a new Holt Renfrew retail store at ground level. In addition, a total of 600 suites at 83 storey's making it the tallest residential tower in Canada. The project is estimated to be completed in 2017 and is currently undergoing city planning procedures at 50 Bloor Street West in Toronto.
